Robert Polgar – condusctor
Big Band Samobor is a part of the City Brass Band Samobor, the oldest of a kind in Croatia, recently celebrating a 200th aniversary. The band consists of 37 active players from age 12-30.
Under the band leadership of prof. Robert Polgar, also a recognised saxophonist, the band performs music of Duke Ellington, Count Basie and Joe Zawinul, as well original tunes written and arranged by Polgar.
